Today we left early in the morning for the resort. On the way there we stopped for the bungy jump. Charlotte and Jurre said they might go but chickened out with a large amount of bad excuses. We had to walk through a catwalk suspended underneath the bridge. The floor of the catwalk was transparent so you could see all the way down into the valley. When we arrived there the former group was still busy jumping. When they were finished we went onto the platform. The platform was on top of the suspension which was underneath the bridge. There were about 10 guys there doing various tasks but after an hour I still hadn't exactly figured out what they were doing. When it was my turn I got a rope around my legs and to my chest. Because my legs were tied together I couldn't walk and had to hop to the edge. Two guys were holding me and counted down. You had to jump, because if you didn't they'd just push you. After you jump you forget you are secured and spend a second in panic with the floor coming at you at a high speed. After you remember the rope you enjoy the sensation of freefall for 4 more seconds. You spend the next 2 minutes or so bumping around until a guy comes to take you back up. We drove to the resort and because I forgot about Adriaan and Anneke not sleeping in the same room me and Jurre have to sleep on the couch.
